Direpay

  1. Click "LOGIN" from the main page.

  2. Input "Username & Password" and click "LOGIN".

  3. Click "DEPOSIT".

  4. Click "WITHDRAWAL" tab → Click "DIREPAY".

  5. Choose the channel "TYPE" (ERC20 or TRC20) → Input "WALLET ADDRESS" → Input the withdrawal amount → Click "SUBMIT".

  6. Click "CONFIRM".

  7. Find your latest withdrawal record in "MY RECENT TRANSACTIONS".

Coin Collect

  1. Click "LOGIN" from the main page.

  2. Input "Username & Password" and click "LOGIN".

  3. Click "DEPOSIT".

  4. Click "WITHDRAWAL" tab → Click "COIN COLLECT".

  5. Choose the channel "TYPE" (ERC20 or TRC20) → Input "WALLET ADDRESS" → Input the withdrawal amount → Click "SUBMIT".

  6. Click "CONFIRM".

  7. Find your latest withdrawal record in "MY RECENT TRANSACTIONS".

Wealthpay

  1. Click LOGIN >> input USERNAME and PASSWORD >> LOGIN

  2. Click DEPOSIT >> WITHDRAWAL tab >> select WEALTHPAY symbol

  3. Enter desired withdrawal amount

  4. Ensure to select the correct TYPE and WALLET ADDRESS. Take note of EXCHANGE RATE >> click SUBMIT to continue

  5. Once all details are confirmed, click CONIFIRM to proceed with the withdrawal

  6. Withdrawal will be processed within 10 minutes upon submitting
    You can track your its status at MY RECENT TRANSACTION
